Great Stay with Friendly Staff

Our stay for two nights was relaxing. The staff greeted us warmly and even surprised us with fresh cookies at check-in. The breakfast spread was delicious, but I recommend arriving early to get the best selection. Just remember to confirm any extra charges for pets in advance.

The location is great with many things to do close by and only a $15-$20 ride to the French Quarter, making it an ideal spot for weekend city strolls and park visits. plus, the reception staff were friendly and accommodating during my stay. Single travelers will appreciate the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, but the free wifi could use improvement as it was inconsistent.

I loved the breakfast options, especially the oatmeal. it was a nice way to start the day. However, the sliding barn door for the restroom was a bit problematic—it wouldn’t stay closed properly. That was awkward when staying with others. Also, I found the towels lacking since there were only two big ones and two small ones for a room booked for four. I expected more ahead of time. Despite these issues, I appreciated the friendly service from the staff, who made sure I had what I needed. Good value for a comfortable stay overall.
